Question 1
How would you solve an issue where a device will not turn on?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Phreesia (Ottawa, ON) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and structured. There were three rounds with one case study to complete in between. It started off with HR phone screening. Once you clear this, you are scheduled for a 30 min interview with the Hiring Manager. If you do well, you are given two case studies/ scenario based questions to complete. The last round is around 2.5-3 hours long, divided in four sections of 30 mins, 45 mins, 45 mins and 30-45 mins,
Questions are mainly based on behavioral and situational questions. The interviewers were all nice and super friendly.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Phreesia
Interview
Had phone interview which just went over my basic information and I was asked about why I applied and received an email next day that they had chosen to go with someone else. Asked for feedback but never received a response
Not as technical as I thought it would be, lots of scenario questions, they want to know how you think and rationalize decision making; very conversational and you have the chance to connect with the interviewers
