I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Physiomed (Scarborough, ON) in Aug 2024
Interview
I walked in to drop my resume when the director, a lady told me to meet her on Friday 12pm. I reached there bon time, but she way away for lunch. She kept me waited for 20mins. When the interview started she took a 5mins break and went somewhere else. The lady did not ask me any questions related to the job; I left like she pre-decided my result. She gave me a tour of the clinic. They wasted my time, energy and money,

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Physiomed (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2025
Interview
I arrived a few minutes early for my scheduled interview with genuine respect for the organization and the positive impact they have on the community with an excitement for what I could bring to the table.
Unfortunately, I was made to wait 26 minutes for what turned out to be a 6-minute interview. The on-site owner/physio was attending to patients and didn’t appear to have time set aside for the interview. There was no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the delay.
The interview felt rushed and unstructured with questions that seemed improvised. I would have appreciated a proactive message to reschedule or cancel rather than being left to absorb the cost and time commitment for an experience that felt was not respected/prepared.
I hope they reconsider how they approach candidate interviews in the future especially given the importance of first impressions and mutual respect.
