Applied on line via Monster.com. Received a call from the manager of the department. She explained how her department functioned, but did not go into detail about the company or benefits. I did not speak to anyone from HR. I was informed via a third party that this manager had hired a former co-worker and friend for the position. I did not hear directly from her or the company.
