3 one-to-one initial interviews with recruitment coordinator, hiring manager and CEO followed by virtual 'on-site' interview that lasted roughly 4 hours. The 'on-site' was quite refreshing, meeting the potential direct team, cross-functional collaborators and a handful of people from the larger company. I delivered a short presentation (~20 minutes). Everyone I interacted with was very engaged and seemed to truly enjoy working at PicnicHealth.
