I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pike Nurseries (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2020
Interview
It's a laid back interview, especially during seasonal hiring. I walked in seeing their hiring sign and after filling out an application, I was able to meet with a manager and an employee for an impromptu interview.
Basic questions asked, then they said it would be a 2 weeks or so before hearing about orientation. It took over 3 weeks before I finally got an email and phone call.

Interview
One interview with the Office Coordinator asking about my experience and ability to do the job without any major difficulties, as well as availiability for the busy season. They let you know if you are hired or not and then have to go and do a drug test to complete the interview process.

Question 1
Are you comfortable lifting and moving things around for hours at a time?
I walked into the store and told them I was there for an interview. I sat down on a couch and waited until a manager came in which they handed me a sheet showing what was to be expected from the job.
