Long and not selecting by competences just by liking HR. That's why they obtain employees who don't last. Good overall. Just think they are not congruent with what they are looking for.

Very professional and thorough. Interviewed with 3 upper management personnel. Each was a separate process one immediately following the other. I received an offer within 4 days. I would recommend others to apply seems to be a growing company with a bright future.

Sat down with HR director and did standard interview. Toured plant and met supervisors and managers. After touring the plant met with plant director in main office and did some follow up questions with him.
