I had a very good impression of PilieroMazza after my first round interview at their Washington, DC location. I was first interviewed by the HR Director and an Attorney. Afterwards, the HR Director had a current Executive Assistant and an Attorney come in and conduct separate interviews with me as well. The Attorney who interviewed me was the one who the future Executive Assistant would be working for, so both she and the Executive Assistant were able to answer more specific questions about the duties and responsibilities of the job.
It was a two round interview, however I withdrew from consideration after receiving a competitive offer from another law firm in the area. However, this was definitely my favorite interview I've had (that may sound weird, haha, but it's true).
