I had a written test followed by an interview with the team lead for copy. The interview was fairly straightforward, I was asked about my previous writing experience, as well as my ability to write across formats.

Interview
Was cordial and short. Was what i expected. Nothing hectic. Two women interviewed me and it lasted for 30 mins. I was also given a tour of the office and had a short conversation with the CEO.
