I applied online for the copywriter position. I received a call from HR, who explained the interview process in detail. The first step was a written test curated to assess language and comprehension skills. Post submission, a week later, I was offered the role.

Smooth process. Very sweet bunch of people! Trustworthy and also are very respectful. I think the management really shows grit and respect. Overall I’m glad I approached them and had to opportunity for a refreshingly nice interview. Kudos for building such a great and open culture!

Online interview with 3 people from the internal team. It wasn't a conventional Q&A kinda interview. The interviewers were polite and easy to talk to and turned the interview into a good conversation. They seemed to be honest and transparent.
