I was hired within the finance team, the manager was so inept and lethargic that she prepared a basic test to review quickbooks and excel. There weren't any reference checks and I was offered a role next day. On my first day there was another interviewee who was being tested with the same test. The guy asked each and everything from me and has the most horrible attitude at work.
