I was given an online assessment of coding skills. The questions were easy, but the time limit was so low for writing code and explaining the problem-solving process simultaneously. I was rejected for the position due to a strange system of scoring. How was I supposed to write the code and demonstrate the problem-solving process if I was only given 15 minutes for a problem? Plus some questions did not have a logical sense.
