The interviews are done via Zoom in a group settling. The job role was posted as a salaried position. However, when I got to the second round of interviews, I was told the position is for door to door sales.

Started with a group interview with multiple candidates, then a second round with a manager. Seems like a really shady company overall. Avoided answering questions and wants you to start off as a door to door sales person. I think they just want to exploit people and keep them in sales. Insisted they wanted people who wanted to 'learn'.
