Fair and concise interview. Training process is very well structured and is great for a student working while attending college. The staff at UMTS is very professional and friendly and everyone who works there makes you feel welcome throughout the training process.
Background questions to test maturity. Drug testing to ensure safety of the public and the driver. Friendly management and welcoming atmosphere. Testing maturity and excitement to work. It was a comfortable interview with the head of UMass Transit.
