Interview
I was initially contacted by email to set up a 30 minute introductory phone screening. The recruiter said that the screening is mainly to review experience and interest in the role. The phone screening itself was fairly low key.

They asked about my interest in Pipeworks and about event planning experience. We discussed the position a bit more, what the work entailed, company culture, etc.
