Smooth process,first a recorded Q and A and then a Zoom interview with the heads of the department. The HR arranges things easily an follows up after the interview if you have questions. There is also a personality assessment before the job offer.
Does not fully reflect the job roll. Does not say what exactly are you supposed to do. Definitely need to be more clear of job description. Some how friendly. However, as previously mentioned, needs to be more precise and clear
