The process started with initial call with Dieter Hölle ( a polite Recruiter there) with normal questions about the position and experience. There was some basic technical questions too. 2, Interview with technical manager and mobile team lead. Cover move about technical parts and both were high experienced guys with a high professional skills. 3, There was a task 4, Code review & discussion on the task I got a positive feedback from the Mobile team lead in the same call. Then Recruiter send me a message that they liked my task and will ask a local partner called CitPeak (From Cairo) to contact me and I will work from their office for the first 3 months. And here the mess started! The Egyptian company was a disaster and their CEO was trying to threaten me if I did not decrease my Salary! He said in a clear words - We must make good money from both of you and PlanRadar otherwise we will convince them not to send you a job offer) I finished the meeting with him without decreasing my salary and after 15 days I got a rejection message as I was expecting. I highly recommend to avoid working for PlanRadar if you will start from Cairo office. AVOID

The process was: - Call from PlanRadar Vienna (kind person present initial details and if you have questions) - Technical interview (Professional team) - Code test and discussing it (easy technical test and you feel comfortable when you deal with them in discussion) - Interview with the CEO from Cairo (amazing meeting and one of the best professional interview I attended specially the CEO man I'm not sure from the correct title but he was a very a decent person and try to make the interview funny and easy, He seems very helpful person and has technical background, He asked about the expected salary which I was worry but in few minutes he show to me the reasons of the question which was very logical to me and he hints about the salary and mention me much more than expected. Also, the HR guy from Cairo was helpful to organize the interview professional and its date/time according to my availability. Interview experience is amazing with the company at all.
