Interview
Easy interview process. The hiring manager just wants to know if youv'e had previous sales experience. He then asks you to come in to know more about you. Interview only lasted about fifteen minutes. He makes you wait fifteen minutes before he comes out to talk to you out on the sales floor in front of everyone. (Employees/Customers)

Interview
Be yourself. Be professional and dress in professional attire. The big thing is to make sure that you pass the background screening and online psych test. Probably the most important thing to remember is to agree to work the necessary long hours.
