1. Selection - Written/Model making 2. Interview - Round 1 - General Understanding of Knowledge of the Candidate. Round 2 - Detailed interview with CIO/Manager/CEO to gauge reliability. Confidence, Awareness of the candidate is also put up to test.

Public Sector Equity knowledge up-to-date (at least 1 sector), Valuation ratios, financial statement analysis, security valuation (Equity, CCPS, CCD, Options), FCFF/FE, RI, valuation, Hmodel, Business Analysis
In interview process they asked to make a pitch book of a company with detailed analysis with peers. After that there was an HR round which was good. They also provided training material after selection.
