But when they see you at the interview you instantly get a violent reaction and helplessly watch them catch a case of dichotomy and prejudice and treat you like you don’t belong and belittle your accomplishments and subconciously refuse to accept the possibility that you could be in certain "coveted" positions. They will be unable to focus and have an objective look at your credentials. Don't give up and don't take it personally.
