Plastic Technologies interview questions

The interview started with an introduction by the referring employee. Then came the meeting with the founder and his wife (also the chief administrative officer). Then a round robin across 6 Vice-Presidents. These are very risk-adverse, engineering/science types that don't place value in business or sales acumen. This is changing with senior management's emphasis on sales, high margin projects, revitalization of 'brand', and global expansion.
