The interview process was all over the place. The first one seemed legit with the product owner then after that it felt like no one knew what was the goal of opening this role. I was guiding the interview as far as important questions and what I was looking for as far as career projection. And the offer was RIDICULOUSLY LOW $40K below median market for the role completely disrespectful to my expertise. I DO NOT recommend taking a role at this company, if they don't have the budget now they won't later
