I was scheduled at the Irvine office. The branch is downstairs. I was seated in the main lobby. I was treated as though I were opening an account.. with respect and kindness. I let them know that I was here for an interview and the treatment remained the same. Staff of important roles walked in, offered me coffee. I let them know I was not a customer to the bank, but here for an interview. There was no change. Their treatment was the same. I was constantly reassured that someone would be right with me.
