The interview was in-office. There were two interviewers together. It was casual and positive. I primarily answered questions about my past experience as well as what I would be interested in doing as an intern.

Interview
I was invited to interview for Pledge Music after spending time and care to create what was quoted as a 'very impressive' CV by Paul Barton. I spent hours upon hours researching the company and preparing myself for the interview only to be told at 9pm the NIGHT BEFORE, that my interview had been cancelled as they had found someone else?! Not only this, his excuse was pitiful and his reason for not emailing me sooner came down to him having a long day at the office?!?! This company claims to encourage it's artists and bands to be charitable when they clearly have no sense of compassion or thoughtfulness themselves in the workplace. Maybe they should focus more on their own integrity before offering their services elsewhere. Unbelievably angry and disappointed in this company, I had such high hopes but they have tarred themselves with a very ugly brush. So unprofessional.
