Interview
Very standard phone interview with HR, followed by technical design interview with senior devs and then final interview with head of engineering. Technical interview was DB focused, and final interview was part-technical, part-behavioral. Just admit when you don't know something and then try and reason about it as best you can.
Moved through the stages and got feedback very promptly. Interviewers felt sincere and I got along with them.
It was a good experience overall, but I decided not to proceed because the salary wasn't what I was after at the time.
