Disappointing candidate experience. I had an interview arranged, prepared for it, and then the recruiter cancelled saying the role had already been filled. While roles can close quickly, reaching that point with candidates still being scheduled suggests poor internal coordination. It leaves the impression that candidate time is not properly valued. A more professional and transparent process would have made a big difference.
