The interview process consisted of 4 stages. While the earlier stages were relatively standard, the second interview was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I have encountered. The director used inappropriate language, interrupted frequently, and communicated in a manner that felt disrespectful and personally attacking rather than evaluative. Challenging candidates is understandable; however, there is a clear distinction between a tough interview and behavior that undermines basic professional standards.
