Interviewed for a Head-level position. Unfortunately, the interview experience wasn't very positive. The HR interviewer (I believe her name was Sekar) came across as quite indifferent, which made the conversation feel cold and unwelcoming. Regardless of the role's seniority, I believe every candidate deserves to be treated with warmth and respect. Recruitment is a two-way process.
pretty long process and HR was missing at the end of the final stage, I contacted several times but they disappeared without traces. Super unprofessional. overall bad hiring process from the team
