Pretty straightforward, standard work history questions and goals questions. Interviewer was pleasant, did some shadowing with an agent to learn more about the job. Not anything out of the ordinary

Very smooth process. Start with the recruiter then move on to an interview with a sales manager, and then finally an with the director. All fairly laid back and conversational. Business casual attire.
