Phone Screen -> 1 on 1 with Lead developer. He asked me a couple questions about my experience and then gave me a technical problem to tackle together. Don't have anything else to write but I need 30 words I guess.

How would you speed up a basic loop operation regarding cycling through mac addresses to find devices on a network
Inteview Process took more than 4 weeks to Complete questions were mostly on Data structures and Systems Design
One thing I personally did not like is that ,HR Kept calling during Holidays and Late Nights and Early Mornings to take interviews as well.
Even after doing 4-5 rounds, and Multiple follow they ghosted and after 3 months HR said we don't have the budget for your candidature.
