Roleplay assessment + chat with Managing Director and a few managers. It was great, fun, and challenging! Very engaging team and everyone was really lovely, felt more conversational, however still had to concentrate on my answers.

Meeting with senior management, very relaxed and personable - they like to find out more about you and your aspirations.
Second stage is competency and technically based but very personable.
Third stage you can expect to meet the CEO and Directors, very personable and fun interview, more so like having a chat and what you want to achieve really.
