Applied for the job through craigslist. Got a call next morning to schedule an interview. Interview took place with the national sales manager. Interview took about 30 minutes. Was selected.

Interview was pretty laid back and easy. Mostly it revolved around sales, making, developing and managing a team.

Was contacted by a company recruiter, had a phone interview, set up a in person interview, completed all necessary back ground information and references, was hired a few days later.
