I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Point It
Interview
The hiring and interview process were about as pleasant as any hiring process can be. I had one 30-minute phone interview (with two people), then a 1.5 hour in-person interview (three half-hour rounds with two people each time). It was pretty quick, too; they asked for my availability to interview in the office within a few hours after my phone interview, and I received a job offer from them two business days after my in-person. One thoughtful thing worth pointing out--the six people who interviewed me in-person had met the day before to talk about the interview, which means I didn't get asked any duplicate questions.
The recruiter was knowledgeable and helpful; she gave tips for preparing for the interviews and followed up with questions about how I found the interviews afterward.
Altogether, it was a very positive experience.

Question 1
I can't remember the interview questions off the top of my head. They weren't necessarily hard or easy--just very practical questions to gauge past experience, ways of handling clients and accounts, interest in the company, and fit for company culture.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Point It (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2012
Interview
The interview process was pretty intense. I had two phone screens before I was invited in for an in-person interview. I took a test prior to diving into my in-person interviews, which assessed my skills in data analysis and also asked me to draft an email to a client. For the in-person interview, I had 4 rounds of interviews with two people in each round. The process took about 3 hours total. I was interviewed by people that had varying levels of experience at the company, and the final round included an interview with the President of the company.

Question 1
Tell about a time when you worked with a challenging client, and how did you go about it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Point It (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2015
Interview
First there is a phone call with recruiter, which is a 20-30 minute quick standard interview. Then a phone call with a current VP related to the position, 30 minutes. Finally an in-person interview at the offices with 2 teams of 2 people. The first was pretty general, the second was with experts in the position, who ask very specific questions about the tools you would be working with (very specific to Google AdWords)
