The interview process was definitely rigorous and multi-layered. It wasn’t just about technical competence, they really drilled into real-world problem-solving, stakeholder management, and how well I could handle ambiguity. The case scenarios were complex, often involving multiple moving parts like shifting client requirements, tight deadlines, and cross-functional teams across geographies. They also assessed how I think on my feet and how I respond to pressure, especially when navigating conflict or misalignment in large-scale projects. Overall, it was one of the more challenging processes I’ve been through but in a good way. It gave me a clear picture of the high expectations and the kind of value they expect you to bring to the table from day one.
