A manager from the org reached out on LinkedIn offering a Senior position with a start up company. I was routed through 2 separate interviews with the GM and CEO. The third interview required a presentation of my 30/60/90 day plans, which meant nothing as they had their own agenda. Smiles dropped during the onboarding process should have been a red flag. I had to circle back for the "Senior" title as the offered paperwork was just a manager. Turns out they've been in business for 20years.
Virtual, fairly standard interview process. several questions. One that related to the job applying for. The interview was an hour long. Friendly manager and the teams set up process was easy.
