      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Polaris Development (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2016

      Interview

I first had to complete an online interview. Then they called me to set up an in person interview. Usually people go for the entire day to shadow, but I had a scheduling conflict, so I had a one on one interview with someone from HR. It wasn't any tough questions or anything bad.

      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Polaris Development (Blue Bell, PA) in Oct 2015

      Interview

I had a brief phone interview, about 10 minutes long, with an HR recruiter. She then wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. That next week I went in, had about a 20 minute interview, and said I would get a call back in I got a second interview. The second interview consisted of a 9-5 ride with an Account Executive to see exactly what the job entailed. It was pretty much just this employee going around, trying to get new accounts. Very sales-oriented.
