It's too bad we weren't able to host you in our office as we would've liked and had to do everything remotely due to being in another country, as we believe this would've given you a fuller experience in the last stage! But we're happy you had a positive experience with us until then.
We apologize that you haven't received your voucher yet. We had a look into our system and it seems that during a migration of our old ticketing system to a new system, some tickets may have not migrated over, which is how this was missed. We of course want to make this up to you so we hope you'll get in touch with us to arrange this!
