I handed in my resume & cover letter then I was asked to come in and meet with the assistant director. The question consist of my past experience with children. Ex. What's my experience working with children? How would I deal with a child that's misbehaving? In what way can the community be more involved with the center? Have I ever done lesson planning? What activities have I engaged children in the past and how would I engaged with children in the center. Overall interview went well now I am meeting with the Director on Monday. :-)
