Very, very, very strange "interview" process. I put interview in quotes because there was no interview. I applied for a full-stack software engineer position in late February 2017, after I submitted my resume through their career portal, I received an automated email from one of their VP describing how fair they are and the various "social justice warrior" causes that they believe in. The email also stated to be ready for a coding quiz that will be sent to me within a week. Well, weeks went by and there was no quiz nor emails from PolicyStat. About a month later, I emailed the VP directly, but there was no response. In early May of 2017, I received an email from one of their employee telling me that they're still interested in interviewing me and that I will receive an email in a few days. By early June of 2017, I still haven't receive anything, so I emailed this employee back to see what was going on. On June 19th of June, 2017, I received an email from yet another employee, telling me that I can emailed her back to schedule a time for her to email me the quiz (to be completed at home). So I emailed this person back the next day to schedule, but she told me that she can't sent me the coding quiz until AFTER 5 PM. I emailed this person back after 5 PM and she responded about 1 hour later telling me that she will send the test in about 30 minutes. This was on June 21st, 2017, it's now June 29th as I type this, still now quiz. Still no email response. Really, really, really strange. A real shame because on their job ad mentioned that they use ReactJS/Redux, which I really like.
