Interview
I initially found the job through a Craigslist posting. I was screened through a phone interview, then I was asked to meet in person. During the in person interview I think I met with three people individually and we discussed my background and why I wanted to work there.

Question 1
I don't remember being asked any of the "what's your strength/weakness" type of interview questions, but more pertaining to hard skills that related to the job like programming languages and software tools.
