There was no interview process. I got a call from Personnel Services, my temp agency, and they asked me if I wanted to work for two days at Polyguard, I said yes, and they said I would be working starting the next day for two days. A few months later, I was called again by my temp agency who asked if I would like to start temping there full-time on a temp-to-hire basis, and I said yes. They said I started the next business day (Monday). They didn't give me a lot of time before starting, it was just immediate. I found out later they waited until the lady whose job I was taking over moved into the new job the day after I started, and they neglected to go about asking for a replacement until the very last minute.
