Interview
The interview process was very thorough. There was an initial call, an in person interview, and a final interview with the President of the company. It was very refreshing that they took the time to find the right candidate as opposed to hiring everyone who applies. Also loved the fact that the president and founder of the company took time out of his day to speak with me. Great experience overall

Interview
The interview process was a little bit long, but they had a lot of candidates to go through so I understand. Everybody was super sweet and I was able to go to the office and interview in person as well. Overall, they communicated well and I am excited to start!
The entire process took 2 weeks, from application to final interview. First step was a phone screen, which was about 15 minutes. Next step was a face to face interview with two team members both about 30 minutes each. After this, I was asked to come back for a shadow day in which I got to see how the team works day-to-day. The day was about 3 hours long, with a presentation at the end . The final step was an interview two days later with the company president.
Overall the interview process at Pop! Promos was a very positive and pleasant experience. I felt like the shadowing experience was particularly unique, and allowed the company and myself to evaluate my fit within the team. Everyone I met with was pleasant , and seemed genuinely interested in myself as a candidate and a person.
