I applied for the position online, then got contact (phone call) from HR, she felt okay to set up an initial interview called technical interview, there 2 managers interviewed me, one is from Irish team, another is from U.S, the latter one could be the higher manager, now I am expecting a second round interview to discuss further and the take home test.
