Interview
I had a "meet and greet". It wasn't a "formal" interview but was said it was a way for me to get to know PAI and vice versa. I met the HR lead and CEO. I found it really refreshing, disarming and a warm and inviting conversation. Thank you to PAI for the approach and seeing candidates as people and professional experts who appreciate the respect and validation in these processes too. I hope to move to the formal rounds.
