A 2 part interview. Interview 1 with HR to detail role/ company policy & processes. Interview 2 with project team for project specifics required and making sure the cultural fit was right
Lengthy. Three round of interviews at the most. First is the most important. If you pass the first you will be recommended to the Second. The last is with the operations team in Kansas City.

Interview
Initial screening with the hiring manager. Basic process of self-introduction, explaining interest in the firm, etc. The interview took place over the phone and we did not look at the portfolio. The Interviewer answered my questions intently and the interview was very professional structured.
