in-person interview, met with the Guest Services Supervisor, received a tour of the museum (included climbing, wear closed toed shoes and be ready to meet many coworkers). Very positive interview experience. Interview occurred in an open office which was slightly odd- other managers were present but not involved in the interview. Be prepared for that.
