Every stage of the interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were warm, welcoming, and created a very positive experience throughout. I received constructive and encouraging feedback at every step.
The process included interviews with a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, VP R&D, CTO, and HR.
From my interactions, Port seems like a great place to work, with strong people, solid engineering culture, and an exciting direction as the company continues expanding into the AI space. I would definitely recommend interviewing there.

Question 1
One part of the process involved presenting a project I had worked on, followed by a system design discussion around one of Port's challenges. We explored how to design a dynamic integration data-fetching platform where each integration may expose a different API and data model.
