Porter-Starke Services interview questions

My first scheduled interview was a phone interview. The department manager at the time forgot to call me for the interview. I reached out and was to hired. They would sometimes allow a specific experienced staff member to sit in on the interviews. She would often then talk about the applicants to other staff including calling them “weird” Or simply saying that she didn’t like them. She was thought of very highly in the company, though, so if anyone complained it would be reframed as if they were the problem.
