Hello all, First of all, This position tittle is Sr.Software Architect at Folsom CA location. but job description completely on MS sql database developer. First round assessment test which is basically on aptitude test and personality assessment ,consists 50 questions , we have to answer all questions in 15 minutes. Then got a call from HR(her name samira) about the results and I passed it, asking to write the same test gain in-front of her (which is a Skype call), then passed it again. Third round: Phone interview with VA team (on call with two people) and it went well with basic questions like your experience and HR related questions. Fourth round with Hiring manager: He didn't see my resume at all, just asked me what I did and SQL experience, then I explained it very well again he was asked " what do you do" ? Then I answered " I AM A SQL DEVELOPER" he was expecting this answer(it's weird ). He doesn't seems to be technical guy. that's it. After 10 days they simply e-mail, you were not selected. For me it took a month for the process. First round 1 week second round 1 week third round 1 week Fourth round 1 week. If they select me also I was going to decline that offer. they are not professional . Interview process completely not good with my experience.
