Contacted a recruiter that was constantly sending me emails about internship opportunities and was then sent an assessment which was the equivalent of an SAT. Don’t believe that this assessment truly measures someone’s talents and qualifications won’t be applying again.

3 rounds of interviews: Lead Engineer, Director, and VP. Granularity of technical questions decreases as you move up the chain. Interviews were about 30 minutes each. Process took about 1 month total.
