I went through several rounds with PowerSchool and they had me fill out a pretty extensive PM exercise in addition to a couple of interviews. After I spent an afternoon on the exercise and returned it to them before the requested date, I never heard back. I sent a follow up email a week ago and still got crickets. Ghosted!
The interview process was smooth and it involved some great converstions with enthusiastic people. But even though I felt like I did well in all of my interviews, I got strung along for a long time before being given a reject.

Initial phone call with HR recruiter. 3-4 Zoom interviews with staff members. Lots of process specific questions. The recruiter was very pushy - said the salary and start date were totally non-negotiable - but staff was nice.
